When can I access my storage unit?

Am I required to store long-term?

Tenants are never required to store long-term at Crosswind Storage of Le Mars. We offer flexible month-to-month leases.

How do I pay my storage bill?

Pay your monthly storage bill online using a debit card, credit card or ach. You can partake in our No-Late Fee Guarantee by setting up recurring auto-payments to ensure that you never miss a payment.

Do I need my own lock?

Crosswind Storage of LeMars provides a highly recommended disc lock with two keys for you to use, to best secure your belongings during your stay! Please protect your keys. We do NOT keep copies!!!

What security features do you offer?

We maintain a safe and secure storage facility at Crosswind Storage of Le Mars using our high definition video cameras, coded gate entry, and perimeter fencing.

Am I able to store my vehicle or boat at Crosswind Storage of Le Mars?

Yes, you can! We offer indoor and outdoor parking spaces for cars and boats.

How do I determine which unit size to rent?

Use our online storage calculator or give us a call to learn about our unit sizes. An expert will help you find the perfect unit size to meet your needs.

What items am I not allowed to store?

We do not allow tenants to store perishables, living plants or animals, hazardous or flammable items, unregistered vehicles, stolen or illegal goods. Please give us a call if you have questions about a specific item.
