My experience with crosswind storage has been very positive from the start. Melanie helped me reserve a storage unit while I was still out-of-state. When I arrived, my storage unit was clean and ready to go. It came with a lock too. Communication has also been very satisfactory. Any time I have ever had questions concerns or issues my text message was answered almost immediately. When we have heavy snow days, they are out there before anybody is up and are using the bobcat to clear the way for everyone. They have a wide variety of storage unit sizes to meet many needs along with having fenced in parking spaces available for trailers or other vehicles. Lastly they have recently added a u haul service, which is very convenient. I utilized u haul and dropped off a trailer with ease. I also like how they always have availability for trailers through u haul. I think above all, it is important to mention how kind the owners are and how they have always treated me like a friend, even though I was just a customer. I would recommend crosswind storage to anybody. They are safe, secure, reliable, responsive, and kind. What more cpuld you ask for.
