Wonderful place to store your things. Newly constructed, clean, and bo leaks. It's gated and my units came with a lock. There are also brooms so you can sweep your unit as needed. The best thing though, is management. I have always been treated like family by the owners. They have really strong communication and always came put to remove snow if I needed something moved put of my parking spot. They are very responsive. I have never gotten a message machine because they always answer. I was able to have storage units and a parking spot for a really reasonable monthly rate. They can do auto pay or you can pay your self. I would never want to store somewhere else because crosswinds us top notch. They have also recently expanded, adding more large units and shop sized storage that can be used for business as well.. They are also very professional.

My experience with crosswind storage has been very positive from the start. Melanie helped me reserve a storage unit while I was still out-of-state. When I arrived, my storage unit was clean and ready to go. It came with a lock too. Communication has also been very satisfactory. Any time I have ever had questions concerns or issues my text message was answered almost immediately. When we have heavy snow days, they are out there before anybody is up and are using the bobcat to clear the way for everyone. They have a wide variety of storage unit sizes to meet many needs along with having fenced in parking spaces available for trailers or other vehicles. Lastly they have recently added a u haul service, which is very convenient. I utilized u haul and dropped off a trailer with ease. I also like how they always have availability for trailers through u haul. I think above all, it is important to mention how kind the owners are and how they have always treated me like a friend, even though I was just a customer. I would recommend crosswind storage to anybody. They are safe, secure, reliable, responsive, and kind. What more cpuld you ask for.
